KTU WANTed Career Days 2025 – for more than two decades, Kaunas University of Technology has been hosting one of the largest networking and career planning events in the Baltics, bringing together students, pupils, and companies.
The event is for:
- university students and graduates planning their careers;
- pupils interested in future labour market trends, and the specialties awaiting them, and businesses, public sector companies;
- organisations seeking to introduce themselves and attract talented specialists.
The Career Days, organised by Kaunas University of Technology, helped thousands of students to successfully enter the labour market and the representatives of companies to find the most talented employees and interns for their organisations.
Participants of the event will be able to explore four different spaces:
- The networking area WANTed meets WANTed, where companies and organisations will introduce themselves, answer all of your questions, and might offer jobs or internships. Are you ready for it?
- This year’s WANTed Talks conference theme is Resilience in Uncertainty. Industry professionals and event guests will discuss how to remain strong in today’s uncertain world: how to adapt to change, act in the face of the unknown, resist propaganda and disinformation, and maintain inner balance even when the path ahead is unclear.
- The spaces of INSPIRATION and RESPITE will offer interactive activities and invite everyone to get to know, learn, to experience it and relax.
