KTU WANTed Career Days 2026 – for more than two decades, Kaunas University of Technology has been hosting one of the largest networking and career planning events in the Baltics, bringing together students, pupils, and companies.
We invite:
- university students and graduates who are actively planning their career paths and exploring professional opportunities;
- school pupils interested in future labour market trends, promising professions, and study choices;
- organizations seeking to strengthen their employer brand, present career opportunities, and connect with future professionals.
For many years, KTU Career Days has marked the beginning of countless successful career journeys – opening doors to the professional world for students and helping organizations discover talented future team members.
Participants of the event will be able to explore four different spaces:
- The networking area WANTed meets WANTed, where companies and organisations will introduce themselves, answer all of your questions, and perhaps even offer internships or job positions. Stop by, make valuable connections, and take the first step towards your dream career!
- This year’s WANTed Talks conference theme is Career That Fits You. Industry professionals and special guests will share insights on self-discovery, conscious career choices, and building a meaningful professional path. Discussions will explore how to identify your strengths, follow your values, and create a career aligned not with others’ expectations, but with your own goals and aspirations.
- In the Inspiration Space and Respite Space, participants will be able to engage in interactive activities, discover new ideas, learn, experience, and recharge. We invite you to explore, connect, and be inspired.
