16:00 – 16:45 Factors of immigrants’ integration into Lithuanian labour market. Psychological aspects of integration into the labour market and four factors of immigrants’ integration (theory & practice).
16:45 – 17:30 Immigrants’ competence. Immigrants’ competence and deep analysis of abilities and inclinations of seminar participants using psychological methods (practical tasks in the groups).

17:45 – 19:15 The personnel selection system in Lithuania. Psychological characteristics of the personnel selection system in Lithuania, personnel management processes, evaluation of the work, the system of reception, promotion and dismissal of employees (theory & practice).
Lecturer Valentina Bereznaja-Demidenko is a psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in immigrant psychological counselling. Head of Jonava District Social Services Center. Scientific research area – immigrant‘s integration.
