Teachers/staff and students afternoon

United events

To mark International Students’ Day, we invite you to an informal evening event, ‘The Natural Intelligence Lab’, which will take place on 26 November at 5.30 pm at ‘The Spot Gastropub’ (next to the Cathedral). This is a great opportunity to socialise in a relaxed setting, recharge your batteries through engaging discussions and test your wits in a thrilling quiz!

Event programme

5.30–6.30 pm – Discussion: ‘Lecturers were students once too’

6.30–6.45 pm – Refreshment break

6.45–8.45 pm – Brain battle

The highlight of the evening will be the quiz, hosted by event presenter, comedian and writer Paulius Ambrazevičius (‘Children of the Lithuanian Millennium’).

Teams of eight will compete, each comprising at least two staff members and at least two students.

There are two ways to register:

Team registration – the team captain registers the team, specifying its name and members.
Individual registration – if you don’t have a team, register individually, and we’ll make sure you’re assigned to a team before the quiz!

You can find the registration form here.

Places are limited, so please don’t delay – register now! Registered participants will receive an invitation with a reminder about the event sent to their Microsoft Outlook calendar.

If your plans change after registering and you are unable to attend the event, please do inform the organisers by emailing united@ktu.lt no later than 2 working days before the event.
