My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship program: When I was starting my career, I received a lot of valuable advice from my teachers and colleagues. Now, during this challenging time for students and recent graduates trying to enter the job market, I genuinely want to help figure out what could be the right next step in their careers.
