Having experienced significant career transitions, international relocation at age 27, and growth within competitive professional environments from developing country and Western countries, I understand the value of guidance, perspective, and encouragement at critical stages of development.
If I had a mentor to talk me through, I would have achieved what I have now a few years ago.
My personal goal is to help them build clarity, confidence, and practical skills that prepare them for the realities of the workplace and life, generally. I also see mentorship as a two-way learning process, where I can continue to grow as a leader by listening, sharing experiences, and contributing meaningfully to the next generation of professionals.
