My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program:
-Altruistic motivation. To help students and graduates to enter the labor market more easily by providing an opportunity to learn from the mistakes of others.
– Selfish motivation. To improve and learn by yourself through dialogue with others, and also not to allow yourself to grow lichen.
