Areas of expertise and career experiences: 20 years of experience working in electrical and automation fields with sales, marketing and management. Electrification products (low and medium voltage), working with people, team development, business strategy and action plan, change management in the company.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: With my personal experience and one piece of advice, I will help a person to understand more clearly what he wants and to make more correct decisions in the desired direction, both in terms of career and personal development or choice of studies.
Hobbies and other information about me: Boards (wakeboard, snowboard) sports, mountains and tennis tennis tennis.
