I have worked not only with the Lithuanian market, but also Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy. Most of my experience has come from working in international companies, so I fully understand the importance of employer selection criteria.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: I have a lot of accumulated experience that I could share with younger colleagues in this field.
Hobbies and other information about me: I like to run, go to yoga, ride a bike – in one word, I spend my free time actively. I value time with dear people very much. Traveling enriches me a lot as a person. I adore good food, not quantity but quality is the most important thing for me. I invest in emotions and memories, but not in things.
