Previous workplace and positions: Littelfuse – Talent Management Analyst and Learning Specialist.
Areas of expertise and career experience: Throughout my career, I have gained most of my experience in designing, planning, and implementing learning initiatives and projects, developing learning management processes, working with employee performance management processes, performance evaluation, and the planning of goals and professional development.
During my career, I have collaborated with teams and managers from various fields, coordinated a range of development initiatives, and contributed to the creation and improvement of processes. This experience has helped me better understand how to develop solutions that create value for both employees and the organisation.
Expectations for students: Collaboration and curiosity.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: As a learning and development professional, I strongly believe in the value of mentoring. There are many ways to grow and develop, and mentoring is one of the most valuable tools for achieving this.
I once had a mentor who helped me connect the dots, so I know from personal experience how valuable such a relationship can be. I believe that both sides grow and benefit from mentoring—the mentor as well as the mentee.
I would like to inspire others not to be afraid of making mistakes or changing direction in their careers, help them broaden their perspectives, and share my experience and insights. At the same time, I believe that this experience will also help me grow, provide new perspectives, and broaden my own horizons even further.
