Financial Administration and Analysis — hands-on experience with company finances, credit management, refinancing processes, payment control, and maintaining data accuracy.
Communication and Team Coordination — daily work with drivers, partners, and administrative staff, resolving operational issues, aligning information, and maintaining clear, professional communication.
Process Development and Implementation — creation and deployment of new systems, internal procedures, documentation, and technological solutions (e.g., communication/task management applications).
International Team Management — practical experience leading and coordinating teams in Lithuania, Colombia, and the United States, ensuring effective collaboration across cultures and time zones.
