Strong personal qualities: Training, I have trained more than one student who came to me as a practitioner and became a stirpian specialist. Career myself, I quickly became a manager in my career path. Problem solving and tactics for solving problems, “firefighting”, being able to calculate design times, applying scientific knowledge.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: For about 9 months now, I have not had someone to nurture and help me on my career path. In every different company I’ve worked for, I’ve always had people I could develop and who wanted to learn from me. Now I feel this lack quite strongly, which is why I thought about participating in the program.
