My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: One of the essential motivations for participating in a mentoring program is the opportunity to share best practices and my experience with young talents in the fields of data science, analytics, and engineering. When I was a bachelor’s student, mentoring programs were just emerging, but even then, I got involved as a student tutor, and my advice helped students tackle mathematical problems more easily.
