Areas of expertise and career experiences: For 7 years, I have been working at AIMS International Lithuania, an executive search firm. My primary responsibilities include market analysis, which involves identifying the most suitable candidates, reaching out to them, and conducting interviews. Through interactions with leaders from various fields, I have gained insights into the essential competencies required for success.
This experience enables me to assist young professionals in identifying their strengths and providing recommendations for areas of improvement. Previously, I worked with young people in an open youth space, implementing various youth initiative projects and fostering positive youth engagement and motivation.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: I believe that I have accumulated sufficient experience and would like to share my insights with young people who are just starting their careers.
