My motivation/personal goal when participating in a mentoring program: I’m hoping, that sharing the experience I had in different companies and different roles, can help people who are planning or recently started their career journeys to avoid part of the issues I personally experienced and save them time and money. Also, hoping that it will help them to find the path they want to go (I always thought being an tech engineer, but ended managing people and loving it). This is my first year being a mentor, so I might not be the best mentor in the list, but willing to share all the details which are interesting to anyone.
