My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: My motivation to participate in the mentoring programme comes from a desire to share my professional and personal experience and help another person navigate their career path more easily.
My personal goal is to be helpful, support the mentee in recognising their strengths, encourage them to make career decisions with greater confidence, and help them discover their own path. I also believe that mentoring is a mutual learning process, so I hope to learn new things myself.
