Areas of expertise and career experience: I have gained experience in sales, marketing, team management, business strategy development, and negotiations. I am most motivated by practical work – searching for solutions, testing ideas, and seeing them turn into tangible results.
Currently, I work as a Chief Business Officer – my main goal is to extend customer lifetime value and to create and launch new brands in the U.S. market. In approximately 2.5 years after completing my master’s degree, I managed to reach a significant career milestone – becoming the company’s Chief Business Officer.
Main areas I work with:
🔹 Business growth and increasing long-term customer value
🔹 Development of new markets and products
🔹 Team leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration
🔹 Building a culture of experimentation and rapid learning from results
Previously, I built my experience in Lithuanian-owned companies whose brands are well known throughout the country and can be found in all major retail chains. There, I gained valuable experience in the food products market – from developing new products to successfully launching them.
Today, I want to share my knowledge with students – helping them navigate career paths, build self-confidence, take initiative, and learn how to align ambition with real opportunities.
Expectations for students: A strong desire to grow.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship program: I am someone for whom giving and sharing comes naturally – a value I live out through various volunteering activities: in animal shelters, nursing homes, and elsewhere. When I saw the invitation to become a mentor and help students this year, I felt a strong desire to contribute. If I can be a source of inspiration or motivation for even one student, that will be the greatest reward for this journey.
