My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship program: I strongly believe that mentorship brings great value to both sides – the mentor and the mentee. I have personally experienced how much one can learn from mentors – sometimes even when it doesn’t seem meaningful at the time. However, over time you realize that each such experience contributes to personal and professional growth.
