My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: I was a mentee myself, and that experience genuinely brought a lot of clarity, both in understanding myself as a person and in shaping what I wanted from my career. Having someone invest time in asking the right questions, challenge my assumptions, and share their own experience made a real difference in how quickly I found direction and confidence in my choices. I want to give someone else the same kind of clarity and support that was given to me.
