Areas of expertise and career experiences: I am an experienced software engineering manager. I strive to help teams work more successfully and engineers to reach their potential, achieve professional excellence and career goals. In my professional activities, I am focused on 3 main variables: people, process, product. Although the main responsibilities are focused on ensuring successful teamwork and strategic and tactical goals, I am happy to support colleagues in programming, innovation and ensuring good practices and processes.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: By helping others to better understand certain areas of professional activity, I also have the opportunity to dive deeper into the analysis of those areas and learn something new. I see mentoring as a mutual development activity. What motivates me the most is the opportunity to contribute to the faster and more successful involvement of young people in the labor market and, of course, the opportunity to get to know my future colleagues early.
