Areas of expertise and career experience: I have experience working in international organisations in the fields of human resources, sales, and project management. My professional journey has given me first-hand insight into different aspects of organisational operations, people management, and employee development.
My key competencies include recruitment and talent attraction, onboarding, employee development, team building, and employee engagement. I also have experience in project coordination and management. Working across different functions and international organisations has given me a broad perspective on business processes, organisational operations, the role of people, and how they interact with one another.
As a mentor, I can help students better understand career planning, professional growth, labour market expectations, how to identify their strengths, and how to apply them in their professional lives.
Personal strengths: Strong communication skills, responsibility, a positive mindset, creativity, the ability to listen, and a willingness to share practical experience. I value open dialogue and different perspectives, and I believe that growth comes not only from sharing knowledge but also from learning from one another.
Expectations for students: Active and open engagement in the mentoring process, initiative in raising relevant questions and topics, and readiness to accept and apply feedback. It is important to create an open dialogue during mentoring, where we can explore answers together, share experiences, and identify the solutions that best suit the mentee.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring programme: I want to share my professional experience and practical knowledge, help a young person understand themselves better, make career decisions with greater confidence, and discover their professional path. At the same time, I see mentoring as an opportunity for mutual growth – to learn from the perspective of another generation, broaden my horizons, and discover new perspectives.
