Expectations for students: Motivation and a clear understanding of the direction in which they would like to grow. Ideally, I would not have to push them to attend mentoring meetings. 🙂
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: To give back to the community. I have accumulated a great deal of experience, and I would like to share it with young people and help guide them in the right direction.
As a team lead, I also work with people development and mentoring-related situations in my day-to-day role, so I believe that participating in the mentoring programme can help me further strengthen these skills as well.
Interests and other information about me: Sports, travelling, cars, computers.
