My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: To inspire the mentee to start their career with greater confidence and not overthink things. At the same time, I would like to reconnect with that sense of excitement, see up close how today’s younger generation thinks and lives, learn from them, and refresh my own big-picture perspective.
