My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: I want to share my experience working in the field of data. To inspire younger colleagues to achieve their goals, to convey not only what went well, but also what were the bad experiences and help them develop their careers successfully. At the same time, get to know young professionals and understand what they are interested in and what problems they face both at the university and in the field of work
