My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring programIt would be a great pleasure for me to share my expertise, knowledges and failures with the new students who are in my field. On the other hand i would like to support KTU as an alumni.
Mentorship would be helpful for my personal growth as well with new ideas and perspective.
Mentor and Mentees could build a strong relationship that can lead to new opportunities in the same field. I believe its the best feelings ever to see the growth and success of someone to whom you guide.
