I have been on the labor market for 8 years. During all this time, I mostly worked on communication projects. Having joined the HELLA Lithuania team in 2018. I had the opportunity to build company communication and employer brand strategies from scratch. I currently specialize in the field of creating and strengthening employer branding. Last year I also became a certified “Employer Branding Lead”.
Strong personal qualities: Communication, time management and responsibility.
We still have too few Employer Branding specialists in Lithuania, so one of the wishes is to interest students in this field. Also, a personal expectation is to gain more competence in the field of mentoring.
Hobbies and other information about me: I am a die-hard walker – at least 10,000 steps every day for more than 900 days in a row (without a break!).
