Areas of expertise and career experiences: I spent more than a decade in the construction sector – I worked in sales, in the transport department, in production (ready-mixed concrete), in human resources, both in the office and on the construction site, so my strength is the combination of different competencies in a fast-changing environment.
My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: In a broad sense, mentoring creates a better future society, in a narrow sense – it can encourage a young person to find their way faster and gain self-confidence.
Hobbies and other information about me: I am currently studying in the EMBA program at SSE. In addition to my main work, I also volunteer at LIONS and conduct training for schoolchildren in Kėdainiai district.
