My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship program:
With nearly a decade of experience in the R&D Department, working across different roles, I feel ready to share my knowledge with students: what truly matters while studying at university, how acquired knowledge can be applied in the workplace, what is important when starting a career, and how to maintain the drive for continuous growth. My own journey began during my studies – I completed summer internships, balanced work with academics, and built a solid foundation for my future career. I want young people to feel confident, remain curious, and pursue their goals with courage – and that is why I am eager to support and guide them.
Hobbies and other information about me: I sang in the KTU academic choir ,,Jaunystė’’ 🙂 I enjoy music and traveling.
