Areas of expertise and career experience:

I can share my knowledge and experience on:

  • how to pursue opportunities within EU institutions;
  • how to build an international career;
  • how to use AI in the workplace;
  • how to organise events and build communities;
  • how to develop your own business alongside your career;
  • how to build a professional reputation through LinkedIn and public speaking.

Personal strengths: Strategic thinking, curiosity, initiative, the ability to connect people and ideas, empathy, creativity, a systematic approach, and a results-oriented mindset.

Expectations for students: Curiosity, responsibility, openness to feedback, willingness to experiment, independence, and readiness to take action between mentoring sessions.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: I want to help students start their careers with greater confidence, share practical international experience, and show them how to create opportunities rather than wait for them. I believe that mentoring is a mutual learning process that helps both the mentor and the mentee grow.
