My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: I sincerely want to help young energy workers to find a career path. While working in my company for the past 8 years, I regularly accept several students for internships every year at Litgrid, Kaunas branch. I help students get to know our company, and many interns are already my colleagues. I think that in the mentoring program, I will be able to more purposefully help young energy representatives to achieve their career goals.
