Areas of expertise and career experience: Leadership, team building, and development – 5 years of management experience in the military, leading units of various sizes.
Planning and execution – experience in planning and conducting military exercises and projects, as well as completing specialised courses and training programmes.
Expectations for students: The most important things are motivation and curiosity – everything else comes with time. 🙂
Interests and other information about me: I would like to be for someone what I once greatly needed myself.
