KTU Alumnus

Previous workplace and position: MB Nanofibrė – Project Technologist

Areas of expertise and career experience:I have been working as an Embedded Systems Developer at Teltonika Telematics for almost five years. Since the beginning of my career at Teltonika, I have also served as a mentor to embedded systems development students at the IoT Academy. I regularly held practical sessions and discussions with the students I mentored on best practices in electronics engineering and programming, labour market trends, and challenges related to academy assignments and students’ personal projects.

In my free time, I help young engineers find their path in the job market. I advise them on what skills they should develop before attending job interviews to improve their chances of securing a good position in their chosen field, how to use the latest AI tools and traditional engineering tools effectively, and similar topics. People with varying levels of engineering knowledge and professional experience approach me for guidance. I have even advised individuals twice my age, and I always try to provide support based on each person’s individual situation and goals.

Personal strengths: Patience, clarity, and perseverance.

Expectations for students: A student from an engineering-related field who is eager to learn and develop and has personal ideas and projects.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship programme: Simply put, I want to share my experience with the new generation and help strengthen the engineering potential of young people in Lithuania.

Interests and other information about me: I am interested in all areas of engineering and the latest developments in technology. In my free time, I contribute to several open-source projects. I also integrate the latest smart home technologies and advanced network infrastructure solutions into my home.
