My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentorship program: I want to contribute to a young person’s development and help answer questions. I have already been a mentor in the Women go tech initiative and participated in this KTU GUIDed mentorship programme for one year. As well I am one of the initiators of the Artilux Academy initiative. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, I want to share the view that science is useful and necessary even in business.
