My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: Taking into account that I am one of the initiators of Artilux Academy, I want to contribute directly to the development of the young person. I have already been a mentor in the Women go tech initiative, and with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, I want to share the view that academic education is useful and necessary, even in the manufacturing sector.
