My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: After every mentoring meeting with my mentees or mentor, I leave it with great motivation and the desire to do better, more, more meaningfully! My goal is that during our communication we feel the same way after each meeting! During the first meetings, we will discuss a list of topics of interest, based on which we will plan future meetings. I want our meetings over time to become like a good conversation between friends over a cup of coffee. It is true that we will have to drink coffee separately, because the meetings will have to be done online, as I currently live and work in Copenhagen, Denmark.
