My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program:I am happy to be able to share knowledge, inspire and encourage, contribute to the growth of another person’s competences and the development of skills. I am inspired by what I do, the activities I implement “carry” me, I like to collaborate, develop new ideas, transfer the academic and learning and real world culture to those who are motivated to achieve more than the basics. For me, mentorship is also an opportunity to grow and learn together with others.
