Former workplaces, positions: Eglė sanatorium – Sales manager – 8 years. / Royal SPA Residence – sales manager – 5 years / UAB Rodiklis – head of production and sales of themed souvenirs – 5 years.

Areas of expertise and career experiences: It is very interesting to work in the field of tourism and accommodation and in one of the largest companies in this field in Lithuania. Every day brings new challenges. In my daily activities, I try to enable all my employees to enjoy their work, to find their own way, to realize themselves. Together, we look for the best and most effective solutions for both the client, the company, and the employee. In order to improve myself, I often participate in various conferences and trainings. I am very interested in customer service trends, innovations and experiences. I encourage you to strive for extremely high service standards throughout the sanatorium. Together with the sales team, we create sanatorium service packages and cooperate with partners. Together with the TOP management team, we determine the strategic goals of the entire company and coordinate the process of achieving them. Invite those students who are interested in seeing how a large company works from the inside, who would like to get to know the intricacies of the hospitality sector and improve personally in their chosen field.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: My personal mission is to inspire people around me to feel and be, grow and become the best, strongest, most loved version of themselves. So the mentoring program helps me fulfill my mission.

Hobbies and other information about me: During free time, participate in student education by teaching Leadership, Human Resource Management and other lectures at the educational institution. Go to the mountains for skiing in winter. Kayaking in the summer.
