Areas of expertise and career experiences: I am the manager and co-founder of a company engaged in international e-commerce. I am well versed in business development processes, able to build business relationships, conduct negotiations, work with documents, improve business development processes, create sales and marketing strategies and manage company finances. I also create professional resumes, resumes, motivational letters for the desired job in Lithuania and abroad and optimize LinkedIn profiles. My portfolio contains about 800 CVs in Lithuanian and English. The two extremely different areas in which I work give me a competitive advantage in the market, sharp critical thinking, the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, I am constantly improving different competencies that contribute to the growth of businesses without large financial resources, only using skills and professionalism. I am currently working on a new project and business: real estate development in Ukraine, so I have experience and knowledge with real estate, short-term and long-term rental in Lithuanian and foreign markets. Professional competences and skills: creative writing, international business, e-commerce, business planning, business creation and growth, analysis of personality strengths and weaknesses, presentations, negotiation, professional communication and curiosity in various fields.

My motivation/personal goal for participating in the mentoring program: My inspiration is the desire to provide information, knowledge, motivation and empowerment to pursue dreams, because I myself lacked someone smarter than me during my studies, who could tell me that in order to discover yourself, you don’t have to follow a traditional path, but you can create your own path. The goal is to create strong theoretical and practical foundations for a young person who will be able to professionally and confidently enter a career or start his own business.
