KTU “WANTed” Career Days is dedicated to the organisations who aim to attract talents, and to the students, who want to find internship or workplace, are looking for a topic for their final degree project, are interested in gaining new knowledge by listening to the presentations by experts, want to learn about innovations and future trends of the job market.

The largest career fair for students and business representatives in the Baltic countries
It is the 13th year of this event and it has facilitated a successful integration of thousands of students and graduates in the labour market and helped representatives of the companies and organisations finding the most talented and promising employees. The event is dedicated for companies and organisations that aim to attract talents, as well as for students and graduates, who want to find internship or workplace, topic for their final project, listen to the presentations by experts, learn about innovations and future trends of the labour market. More than 130 different organizations including famous investors such as “Hollister Incorporated“, “Centric“ and “AL-KO Vehicle Technology“ and more than 9 thousand job seekers participated in the event.

1. In 2017, the event was organised during the autumn semester for the first time
2. The record breaking number of more than 130 companies and organisations participated
3. More than 9 thousands visited the Fair
4. 3 active areas were functioning: Career, Development and Inspiration
5. Presenters of the event were highest level CEOs and renowned public figures
6. More than 150 volunteer worked at the event
7. The visitors were offered vacancies for jobs and internships and topics of the final degree projects at the event. All the details were indicated in the catalogue of the organisations.
