The Talent Academy programes create an inspiring environment where motivated students can grow, expand their career opportunities, and confidently shape their future, while bringing together curious, driven, and ambitious individuals. Here, students engage in various extracurricular activities, participate in informal gatherings, and contribute to building a strong sense of community. The GUIDed mentorship programme helps students move purposefully toward their professional and personal goals by providing individual support and practical insights from experienced professionals. WANTed offers opportunities to develop career competencies, strengthen in-demand skills, and consistently plan a professional career path. Meanwhile, DISCOVERed opens up international mobility opportunities, allowing students to explore the world, broaden their horizons, and develop academic, personal, and intercultural competencies through studies and internships at foreign universities and companies.
