It is a 3-semester programme focused on the development of motivated master students’ leadership knowledge, skills and abilities. During the programme, students will analyse the topics of personal development, organizational skills and team management through a variety of experiences – seminars and trainings, skills trainings, challenges and individual consultations. Participants in the GIFTed Masters programme will acquire the basic skills required for a future manager and leader, which will be applied in the KTU GIFTed Masters programme and in individual professional activities.

How to become a student of GIFTed masters?

PARTICIPATE IN THE SELECTION!

If you are a 1st year master’s student at Kaunas University of Technology, your entrance competitive score to the university is not less than 7 and you are determined to accept the challenge – apply for the GIFTed masters programme!

From September 11 until September 24 11:59 p.m. fill in the participant form in the Academic Information System (AIS), in the section “Competitions”, and submit:

Cover letter (original and clear presentation of your motivation to become a student of the GIFTed masters programme);

Other activities (upload documents issued no earlier than on 1st of September 2016 proving your achievements in academic, professional and volunteering activities).

Receive a confirmation letter that you have entered round 2 of the selection process and take part in a motivational interview. During this phase, you will have the opportunity to unleash your potential, desire and motivation to become a student in the GIFTed masters program.

Motivational interviews will take place on September 26-28. Check your University email regularly.

Get a confirmation email that you have become a student of the GIFTed masters programme!

F.A.Q.

  • The competitive score for admission to the university should be at least 7;
  • Candidate’s motivation to become a student of the GIFTed masters programme.

Selection for the GIFTed masters program takes place from September to October.

The GIFTed masters programme is a 3-semester programme, so it is mandatory to complete all 3 semesters to graduate this course.

Upon completion of the GIFTed tmasters programme, you will be awarded:

  • Portfolio of competencies acquired during the program;
  • Personal recommendation of a career mentor;
  • Program completion certificate;
  • Certificates of skills acquired during training.

The GIFTed masters programme agreement with a student is terminated when the student:

  • does not report for at least one module of the study programme;
  • violates academic ethics;
  • the average of the semester study results is less than 7 points.
  • does not comply with the requirements of the Agreement;
  • at least 50% are not present at programme’s activities without a valid reason;
  • has more than 5 negative feedbacks per semester from the talent curriculum coordinator, curriculum coordinator, CSC manager or other individuals involved in the Programme.
